For prepaid orders, the customer must personally receive the order.

6. Arbitration

Any dispute arising from the interpretation or implementation of these Terms shall be finally settled through arbitration by a single arbitrator appointed in accordance with the rules of the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration. The arbitrator must be legally trained, experienced in information technology, and independent of both parties. Arbitration shall take place in Cairo, Egypt, and proceedings shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Each party agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts and waives any objections regarding venue.

8. Termination

In addition to any legal remedies, we may immediately terminate these Terms or revoke any rights granted under them without prior notice. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the website. We may also disable account access and refuse further use of the website. Any termination shall not affect rights and obligations that arose before termination, including payment obligations.

9. Additional Customer Rules

Customers may only maintain one account on the website.
Purchase vouchers may only be used once per customer.
Discount codes may only be used once per customer.
Creating multiple accounts or reusing vouchers may result in legal action.
Violations may lead to account suspension and prevention from placing future orders.
Product availability is subject to stock availability at the time of shipment.

10. Returns and Refunds

For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds may be issued in cash (within Cairo and Giza) within 10 days.
If the customer cannot be reached within 10 days, the refund may be converted into a purchase voucher or bank transfer.
Products returned due to change of mind must remain unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
The customer bears the return collection costs in such cases.

11. Promotional Offers

Partial returns are not allowed on invoices purchased under promotional offers.
Returns during promotions require returning the entire invoice with all products in original condition.
Exchanges during promotions require returning the entire invoice and issuing a new invoice with recalculated discounts.
Manufacturing defects may allow replacement with the same product, subject to dealer approval.
Refunds are issued through the original payment method within 14 days, provided the product remains in its original condition.

12. Promotional Offers

Flash Sales are limited-time offers with significant discounts and limited quantities.

Offers may apply to a single product unless otherwise stated.
Products must be added to the cart and the order completed before the promotion expires.
Limited quantities are available.
Shipping fees and taxes are not included in flash sale discounts.
Returned flash sale products will be refunded at the discounted purchase price paid.

13. Bank Installment Purchases

Customers may purchase products through approved bank credit card installment plans.
Products purchased via installments may be exchanged or refunded only through the original payment method.
Cash refunds are not permitted for installment purchases.
Customers may use only one payment method per transaction.
Discounts do not apply to installment purchases; the official retail price is used for installment calculations.
